Welcome to Daily Diamond Launcher ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle data and permissions when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect and Process

Our application operates with a privacy-first approach:

• Locally Processed Data: To function as an Android Home Launcher, the application accesses the list of installed applications on your device strictly to render your app drawer and allow you to launch your apps. This data is processed locally on your device and is never uploaded to any remote server.
• Automated Diagnostic & Usage Data: We may receive non-personally identifiable diagnostic, crash, and usage statistics via third-party SDKs (such as Firebase Analytics) to improve app stability and user experience.

2. Android Device Permissions

To provide full launcher and utility functionality, the application requests the following standard Android permissions:

• QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES: Required as a core function for Home Screen Replacement (Launcher) applications to detect, index, and launch your installed applications.
• REQUEST_DELETE_PACKAGES: Used only when you explicitly select the "Uninstall" action for an application via the context menu.
• SET_WALLPAPER / Wallpaper Access: Used to display your chosen system wallpaper behind the transparent launcher interface.
• INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required to load real-time strategy guides, remote configuration settings, and serve advertisements.

3. Third-Party Services and SDKs

We utilize reputable third-party services that may collect information used to identify your device anonymously for analytics and advertising purposes. Below are the links to their respective privacy policies:

• Google Play Services
• Google AdMob
• Firebase Analytics & Remote Config

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

This app displays advertisements powered by Google AdMob. Google AdMob may use standard advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID) and cookies to serve relevant, policy-compliant non-disruptive ads. You can manage or reset your advertising identifier via your Android device Settings (Settings > Google > Ads).

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Our application is designed for a general audience and does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take necessary actions.

6. Data Security

We prioritize the security of your data. While no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure, we implement industry-standard practices to safeguard any non-personal analytical data processed.

7. Disclaimer & Fan-Made Notice

Daily Diamond Launcher is an unofficial fan-made utility launcher and strategy guide. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by any official game developers. The application does not provide hacks, cheats, or unauthorized game modifications.
